Based in Mobile, Alabama, Mr. Barrois is Stirling Properties' Vice President and Regional Manager for Alabama and Florida. Active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1999, Mr. Barrois has experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including Tenant Representation, Development and Investment Sales. As Regional Manager, Mr. Barrois will continue to expand the Stirling brand through acquisitions of retail, office and multi-family properties, seek new third party property management and brokerage assignments, development/redevelopment opportunities as well as build a top tiered commercial brokerage team to serve Alabama & Florida.
Mr. Barrois is a graduate of Louisiana State University and received a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as member of the Executive Leadership Council for the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) and the Restaurant Council for Retail Broker’s Network (RBN). Mr. Barrois resides in Fairhope, Alabama, and is married with two daughters.
