Mr. Arthurs has been involved in commercial real estate sales, leasing and financing for over thirty years through his experience as a Real Estate Commercial Lending Officer in banking and most recently, Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing with Stirling Properties, Inc.
Mr. Arthurs has extensive working relationships with many national clients including exclusive representation of Wendy's International, Inc. in the Metropolitan New Orleans area and parts of the Gulf Coasts of Mississippi and Alabama. He is a past recipient of the Ruby Award, and multi-year recipient of the Supersalesman award by the New Orleans REALTOR Association for sales and leasing excellence. He is also a Lifetime Member of the New Orleans REALTOR Million Dollar Club.
