Ryan Murphy is a Sales and Leasing Executive with Stirling Properties' Commercial Brokerage Division in Covington, Louisiana. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 2002, where he has experience as a developer of commercial office buildings as an owner-operator, and as an investor in Income-Producing assets. All of which has helped him gain valuable experience in financing, development, construction as well as the day-to-day business operations of commercial real estate investing.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ryan was with Bank of America for eight years as an investment advisor and derivatives analyst where he used this experience to acquire a greater understanding of the financial markets. It is this experience, along with his personal real estate investing, that Ryan uses to identify quality investment assets that creates value for investors of income producing properties. He believes in investing in quality assets that can produce both short and long term benefits.
In addition to his professional experience, Ryan has a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and has earned an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans. He was born and raised in Covington and now resides in Abita Springs with his wife and two sons.
