Bill McFadden has been a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager in the Shreveport/Bossier City area since 1992. He holds his Broker's license in Louisiana and in Arkansas. His experience in the real estate industry stretches back to 1984. McFadden is currently the principal Broker for McFadden Real Estate, LLC as well as the General Manager of Louisiana Boardwark Outlets in association with Urban Retail Properties, LLC. Prior to his affiliation with Urban Retail, he was associated with Stirling Properties for 22 years as Regional Manager/Associate Broker for Stirling Properties' Bossier City/Shreveport office. Mr. McFadden was responsible for the management and leasing of Louisiana properties in Shreveport, Monroe, Natchitoches, Pineville and Alexandria as well as Stirling's property in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Prior to joining Stirling Properties, he served as Asset Manager for The Sealy Companies, a regional developer of industrial, retail and apartment properties based in Shreveport. He served as General Manager of Pierre Bossier Mall for General Growth Properties and Stirling Properties. He served in numerous Property Management positions with Simon Management Company in Shreveport as well as San Antonio, Texas and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also worked for many years in the radio broadcasting industry. He is a 1983 graduate of Louisiana State University at Shreveport where he earned a B.S. in Marketing.

Mr. McFadden is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the designation of Certified Retail Real Estate Professional, Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Marketing Director. He was the 1998 President of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce where he also served on the Board of Directors for 8 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation where he is a past Chairman (2008). He serves on the Advisory Board for the Louisiana State University-Shreveport School of Business Administration. McFadden currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Community Advisory Board for Red River Radio, the region's public radio outlet. Bill was named in 2007 to the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division Board of Directors, where he served as President in 2010. McFadden sits on the Civil Service Board for Caddo Parish Fire District 5. He holds a Part 107 FAA Drone Pilot's license and is an avid photographer. In 2019, he was named to the Circle of Excellence by the Louisiana State University at Shreveport Alumni Association.
