Mr. Skelding has more than twenty-five years of commercial sales and leasing experience covering a wide spectrum of the real estate industry including Investment Property sales; the sale and leasing of land, retail, office, and industrial properties; and Tenant Representation. He has contributed to numerous developments and projects including the Clearview Mall in Metairie, LA which is anchored by Target, Sears, Bed Bath & Beyond and the Palace Theatre and the Shops at Canal Place in New Orleans, an upscale three level urban mall anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue.
Mr. Skelding has represented numerous national and regional companies, owners and tenants including Centro Properties Group, Darden Restaurants, Advance Auto Stores, Winn Dixie, Dollar General, Southern Farm Bureau, Petco, United Fire Group, Raytheon, Ace Cash Express and Family Dollar. He has assisted these clients and many more to achieve their specific real estate goals through his extensive knowledge of the market and his positive, results oriented approach.
During his career, Mr. Skelding has been the recipient of numerous sales awards from both the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and Stirling Properties. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds an MBA degree from Tulane University.
