Mr. Pécot joined the Stirling Properties team in 2001. Currently, he spends the majority of his time in the Lafayette office, but also spent over two years working out of Stirling’s New Orleans’ CBD office. Because of his ties to both markets, Mr. Pécot has extensive experience in virtually all markets throughout the State of Louisiana. Specific markets of concentration include; Lafayette, New Orleans, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Slidell, Alexandria, Shreveport, Houma, and all of the smaller municipalities that complete these trade areas.

Mr. Pécot primarily focuses on the retail sector, including both Landlord and Tenant Representation. Ryan currently represents several National and Local Retail Tenants as well as listing several Retail and Development Properties. He has a proven track record with Property Sales and Leasing while providing Market Analysis and Strategy Consulting to all clients. Ryan also has been an integral team-member on New Development Projects; coordinating between the Land Sellers, City Administrations, Planning & Zoning Officials, Engineers, Architects, and the Tenants, as required to close on the project and commence construction.

Mr. Pécot has successfully represented national retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Panera Bread, Rasing Canes, Conn’s, Cavender’s, Bullrito’s, Freddy’s Steakburger, World of Beer, Quizno’s, Spirit Halloween, and Verizon Wireless. Through his Landlord Representation, he has completed successful transactions that include: Wal*Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, Home Goods, Staples, Petco, Dollar Tree, Hancock Fabrics, Off-Broadway Shoes, Texas Roadhouse, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Popeye’s, McDonald’s, Chuy’s, BJ’s Brewhouse, Hibbett’s Sports, Maurice’s, Smoothie King, Pier One, AT&T, Carter’s, and Massage Envy. In addition to the above-mentioned national retailers, he also understands the intricacies of the local tenants in each respective market, allowing for proper placement that will benefit both the Landlord and Tenant.

Mr. Pécot graduated in 2000 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law. Mr. Pécot has also worked closely with the Stirling Properties Development Committee; which coordinates the development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties in the retail, office, medical, golf and residential sectors. He also is a contributing author to The Independent’s Acadiana Business publication.
