EXPERIENCE COUNTS: Jim has over 40 years of extensive experience in real estate development, investments, brokerage and leasing. He specializes in consultation, property valuation, highest and best use determination, site search and acquisition, land assemblage, and the sale, lease, and development of all types and sizes of commercial and industrial property and land, farms and acreage located throughout Louisiana. Jim became a licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of Louisiana in 1973 and a licensed Broker in 1974. He is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and is a member of the National Associate of Realtors (NAR), the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), the Commercial Investment Division of NWLAR (CID), and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Jim graduated from LSU-Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1972 and earned his SIOR designation in 1979.
