Gaines has successfully managed some of the largest transactions in the New Orleans Metropolitan market in recent years. Specializing in both landlord and tenant representation, Gaines has been a consistent leader in South Louisiana commercial real estate.

In addition to tenant representation work, Gaines leases more than 1.5 million square feet of class-A office space, including some of the most desirable inventory in the New Orleans area, such as Pan American Life Center and Freeport McMoRan building in the CBD, as well as Heritage Plaza in Metairie. His extensive commercial real estate knowledge and experience ranges from high-rise towers to single-tenant to medical office buildings.

Notable among his many accomplishments, Gaines has been recognized the past four consecutive years as the Top Office Producer in the market by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
